Top (1) and Bottom (3) can be the same for a reversible mattress.

You can choose something softer or firmer based on your preference.

The Organic Cotton Euro-Top Cover is made from pure organic cotton. Only natural untreated materials are used to make this cover.

The cover is made with two separate compartments with zippers that house the topper and core separately. This way you can change either or with ease and continue with the same mattress for years to come.
